How our ministry has impacted local churches
When I received a copy of Ben’s book, I became completely intrigued. Ben and his wife, Jill, came to our church and facilitated a Saturday workshop with our worship team. Then, on Sunday, Ben did an incredible job delivering the Word and encouraging us to be people of His presence. Ben has a practical, biblical way of teaching us – all generations, all styles of worship, whether traditional or contemporary; he teaches us what it means to pursue the presence of God. Our people are continuing to glean from this book and ministry, and I cannot recommend People of His Presence to our district churches more highly than anything I’ve ever seen before.

Ben gave me a copy of his book, People of His Presence, and encouraged me to look it over. It’s always been my desire to see deeper worship engagement in our church, and being impressed with what I was reading, we ordered about 100 books and gave them out to all of the people involved in our life groups. We asked each group to go through a 12-week study, chapter by chapter, then Ben came in on a Sunday morning and spoke a message that correlates with the book. And we began to see a shift taking place – a shift in worship that we’re even experiencing to this day. I could not speak more highly of this book. It’s really much more than a book; it’s a tool to help lead a church to a place of healthier corporate worship.
