Our Ministry
Presence Driven MinistryBen and Jill live with the conviction that strong worship ministry is a key to all God wants to do in this hour. When time is fostered in God's presence, things change, heaven invades earth, and lives are transformed. Through People of His Presence Ministries, Ben and Jill are contending for a stronger sense of His presence, greater breakthrough in corporate worship times, and the people of God rising up in their responsibility as worshipers. This is accomplished through Sunday morning worship leading, preaching/teaching on worship concepts, and extended times of worship and prayer.

Practical TrainingBen and Jill are available to train and resource worship ministries in churches of all sizes, whether it be through leadership workshops, team training, or 1:1 coaching. They bring a great deal of knowledge in areas such as: Working with a Band; Exhorting & Leading with Authority; Building a Set List; Working with Tracks; Pastoring & Administrating a Worship Ministry; Preference vs Bridge-Building; Lyric Presentation Software; Media Directing; Audio Basics.

Purposeful NetworkingBen and Jill have a heart to see worship leaders and their teams find connection through prayer, encouragement, and coaching. Whether it's meeting 1:1 for coffee or a small group hangout, Ben and Jill would love to connect with you! Launching in 2025, People of His Presence Ministries will host Regional Worship Drive-ins across the Northern California & Nevada Assemblies of God District. These will be one-day gatherings for worship leaders and their teams, as well as media directors and their teams, within driving distance of the attendee.
